The Limetree NETWORK II is the heart of any audiophile streaming setup. It connects to your network via LAN or wirelessly via WiFi – and thanks to WPS, setup is a breeze. The USB port provides access to hard drives and other USB storage devices. You can also connect an external CD-ROM drive, transforming the NETWORK II into a top-tier CD player. In addition to an analog line-level output, it also features an excellent headphone output. The web update feature ensures long-term future readiness.

OUTSTANDING TECHNOLOGY

The Limetree NETWORK II features a host of technical highlights: the ES9038 Hyperstream2 DAC – one of the best digital-to-analog converters available – clocked by a high-precision MEMS femto clock that eliminates jitter from all audio files. The result is a particularly transparent yet “analog” sound quality. With elaborate filtering and dedicated voltage regulators, the power supply achieves noise levels below 10 µV for ultra-clean performance.

SOUND, SOUND, SOUND

The Limetree NETWORK II features a high-grade headphone amplifier capable of driving headphones from 16 ohms. Additionally, amplifiers or active speakers can be connected via the line output on the back. Both outputs are independently adjustable. A special feature is the analog volume control implemented with a precision resistor network. Especially at moderate and low levels, this solution delivers more detail and richness – making the NETWORK II a true “sound giant” despite its compact size!
